These Terms govern your use of the Coastalsbplumb workspace provided by COASTAL PLUMBING OF SOUTH BEACH, INC., 5846 South Flamingo Road #217, Cooper City, FL 33330, United States. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Online-only digital SaaS. No physical goods, no shipping, no on-site visits, no repairs, no installations, no inspections. The workspace generates household maintenance record drafts, question lists, and photo checklists to help you prepare before contacting a licensed professional.

2. Drafts only — no professional advice

Outputs are drafts. They are not repair advice, inspection, installation, certification, emergency service, or a substitute for a licensed professional. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, rights, and compliance, and for any decision or action you take. See the AI Disclaimer.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include generating operating/repair procedures for hazardous systems and treating output as a certification or emergency instruction.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract.

5. Subscriptions, credits & billing

  • Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions in USD and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance; credits do not roll over.
  • You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Your statement descriptor will read AI UTILITY LOG.

6. Intellectual property

We own the service and its software. You retain rights to the content you enter, and you are responsible for having the right to use it.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Broward County, Florida, United States have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
