Permitted use

• Creating maintenance record drafts for your own home or units you manage.
• Generating question lists and photo checklists to prepare for a professional quote.
• Exporting and storing your own household logs.

You must not use the workspace to

• Generate operating or repair steps for gas, electrical, structural, roofing, or pressurized systems.
• Treat any output as a safety certification, inspection report, insurance claim document, construction plan, or emergency-service instruction.
• Replace advice from a licensed professional, or act on output without professional confirmation.
• Submit other people's personal data, payment card numbers, passwords, or credentials.
• Break the law, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Your responsibility

You must contact a qualified, licensed professional in your area to confirm the actual issue and the correct way to handle it. The workspace helps you prepare; it does not decide what is safe or required.

Enforcement
